Every MIDPOINT product is a downloadable PDF or audio file delivered instantly after purchase. Because the product transfers to your device at the moment of payment, we cannot offer refunds.

Due to the instant-access nature of digital products, all sales are final. If you have trouble accessing your files, contact us at hello@midpointsupport.com and we will help make sure you receive your download.

If your download link does not work, expired, or you cannot find your order confirmation email, email hello@midpointsupport.com with the email address used at checkout. We re-send within one business day.
