What we collect

When you place an order or sign up for our list, we collect your name, email address, and (for orders) billing information. When you take our quiz, we collect your answers, your stage result, and your email if you choose to share it. We use Shopify to process orders and Klaviyo to send email. Both are GDPR and CCPA compliant.

What we never collect

We never see what you write in your printed kits. The paper is yours. Nothing is uploaded, scanned, or shared back to us. We do not collect health data, symptoms, diagnoses, or anything you put on the pages.

How we use your information

We use your email to deliver your purchase, send order receipts, send the welcome series of educational emails, and occasionally let you know about new resources. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link at the bottom of every email.

Third parties

We use Shopify (checkout + storefront), Klaviyo (email), Interact (quiz tool), Stripe and Shop Pay (payments), and Google Analytics (aggregate traffic data only). We do not sell your data to anyone.

Your rights
