Frequently asked questions.
Is this a medical product?
No. Every kit MIDPOINT publishes is an educational resource only. It is not medical advice and not a diagnostic tool. We do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. If you have specific health questions, talk to a licensed clinician.
Are these physical books that ship to my house?
No. Every MIDPOINT product is a printable PDF. After purchase, you receive a download link by email. You print the pages on standard 8.5 by 11 paper at home or any local print shop. Nothing ships.
How quickly do I get my download?
Instantly. The download link is in your order confirmation email and is also available from the order receipt page after checkout.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the instant-access nature of digital products, all sales are final. If you have trouble accessing your files, contact us at hello@midpointsupport.com and we will help make sure you receive your download.
What is the difference between the three main products?
The Symptom Pattern Starter Pack ($9) is an 8-page printable for 7 days of structured tracking. The Perimenopause Decoder Kit ($47) is the full 30-something page field system. The Complete Clarity System ($97) is the Kit plus a 30-day tracker journal, a 10-minute audio walkthrough, 50-plus questions to ask your provider, an Appointment Summary Builder, a family conversation script, and an after-appointment worksheet.
Can I share a kit with a friend or family member?
Each kit is licensed for personal use by one person. If you would like to share with someone else, the most respectful path is to purchase a second copy or send them to midpointsupport.com to take the quiz themselves.
Will the kits work for someone who is not in perimenopause?
The structures (track, organize, summarize, prepare) work for almost any extended healthcare conversation. The wording is built around midlife hormonal shifts and is most useful to women in their 40s and 50s.
Are my notes private?
Yes. The kits are paper. We never see what you write. Nothing leaves your home unless you choose to bring it to an appointment.
What if I cannot print at home?
Any local print shop, FedEx Office, Staples, or library will print a PDF you bring on a phone or USB drive. The kits are designed to work in black and white.
