WHY THIS EXISTS
Trying to remember everything from memory is the hardest part of the prep.
Most appointments feel scattered for the same small reason — the prep happened in your head, and the moment of the appointment is the worst moment to try to remember it.
You’ve tried tracking before
Notes app, symptom app, a napkin in your bag. Each one lasted a week and then quietly stopped.
You want to try before you commit
You’re curious whether paper-first actually works for you, but not ready for the full kit yet.
You have less than a minute a day
You need a ritual that fits between coffee and getting out the door — not another system to maintain.
PICK WHERE YOU ARE
Pick the option that fits where you are.
Three tiers, one calm system — scaled to where you are in the preparation.
A small look at the design language — partial previews only. The full kit is delivered after checkout so the prompts and worksheets stay yours.

One-page summary
The single page you can bring to any appointment.

WHY IT WORKS
A simple, paper-first organizing flow.
No interpretation. No diagnosis. Just three calm verbs that move you from scattered to organized.
01
Track
One small daily entry — in your own words, on paper, in under a minute.
02
Review
At the end of seven days, look back at what you actually wrote.
03
Summarize
Fill in one page. That page is your appointment prep.
THE PAPER-FIRST APPROACH
Why we chose paper.
Every symptom app we tried competed for attention with the rest of our phone. Paper doesn’t. That’s the whole design decision.
01
No notifications.
Paper doesn’t buzz at 9pm asking if you logged your mood. The ritual stays on your terms — not a push-notification schedule.
02
No data collected.
Your notes stay on your kitchen table. Nothing is uploaded, tracked, or sold. What you write is yours.
03
One page, one hand.
When you’re in the exam room, a provider can glance at a single page in your hand. Nobody wants to scroll through your phone with you.
04
No app fatigue.
You already have too many apps. This is a small, calm ritual that lives next to your coffee — not one more thing to open, sync, and forget.

Bought it on a whim, kept the habit
Honestly it was only $9 so I figured why not try it. I've done tracking apps before and quit after 3 days. This lasted the whole week because it's literally sitting next to my coffee. Ended up buying the full kit the next Sunday. I never do this.

It's just 8 pages and that's the point
I've been the person who buys 90-page workbooks and never finishes them. Eight pages felt manageable. I actually filled the whole thing out and brought the summary to my check-up. First time I didn't leave feeling like I forgot to say something important.

Wish I'd had this a year ago
Straightforward format, no fluff. Wrote one word in each row for a week and had a clear picture at the end. My provider actually asked if she could keep a copy of the summary. Small thing but felt like one.
